Project Description
It uses hard coal in order to generate energy by means of classic steam cycle.
Purpose/Application
It is built for electricity generation and district heating purposes.
Unique Aspect
Utilizes the Circulating Fluidized Bed boiler designed for supercritical parameters. Implementation of the unit allowed for taking out of service 5 obsolete units (3 x 120 MW and 2 x 50 MW) what increased the overall efficiency in sense of energy production, economy and environmental issues.
